We bought into a Juniper SSLVPN recently, and so far we have been less than impressed. We came from a WatchGuard SSL100 which, in fairness, had a good share of drawbacks. Everyone seems to rave about the product, but it doesn't seem to fit how we are attempting to use it. What we wanted to do was use it as a web portal to specific resources to handle Drive mapping and RDP sessions, but it looks like (from what I gather on their forums and from here) that most people use the rich client pulse application for full VPN connectivity rather than specific mappings to resources. This much is evident in the poor feature support for the web portal, as well as the dated feel of it. So it got me wondering, how do others use Juniper SSLVPN products? Do you use this as a full blown tunnel or similar to a web gateway?
