I am currently running 3 EX2200 switches, 1 SRX240 and 1 SSG20. Recently, access to the GUI quite working for all but the SSG20. I determined that it is a compatibility issue with more recent browsers. They work with Firefox 17. In looking, my EX2200s are all on various levels of 11.4 as is the SRX240. Checking Juniper's website. Looks like recommended firmware is 12.x Since this is the first time I will be updating the firmware, I am interested in any caveats or things I should know from those who have done it before.
