Configure Juniper SRX100 for Web Filtering

Hello,

I have to configure a Juniper SRX100H2 to protect an hotel/motel

I want to block and log web searches done by customers that are of pornographic nature for exemple.

1) Is the device possibly configurable without licencing to do so?

2) How hard or complex would it be to set ip up manually?

3) Lets say I don't mind having to pay for licences, would it become become easier to set it up on the device?
