Yesterday, i wanted to do the firmware update for one of my JUNIPER SSG140 to the version ssg140.6.3.0r27.
In JUNIPER support website, the first information you get is "Juniper changed the signing key for this device on 8/18/2014". Well, this hardware was bought in 2012 so, i needed to do this first.
One of the things i learned the hard way was that the only way to do all updates is from SSH. Let me explain why.
I get the new image key from support website and in the ScreenOS/KEYS menu in the browser version, you can choose the image signature key update and supostly everything runs ok.
