Setting up FTP to our Readynas 3200 with Juniper SRX100H2

Hi,

i am trying to allow remote FTP access to a netgear readynas 3200 in our network. i have set up and tested the readynas and internaly this works. 

i have setup a destination NAT rule in the juniper for port 21 to the readynas.

when i try to connect with filezilla i get an error when trying to retrieve the directory listing.

"Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity, Failed to retrieve directory listing"

i unfortunately don't know enough about ftp or the juniper srx to figure out how to get the ftp working so any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
